It’s not known when this plant was discovered or by who, so it pretty much is a mystery. All we know is that it was documented in the world’s global biodiversity facility at some point, though the entry was never signed by the explorer or botanist. This philodendron is known for its heart shaped leaves and deep red flowers (though it’s hard to get a houseplant philodendron to produce flowers).
